In March this year I decided enough was enough and it was time to lose weight and try to find some energy. The breastfeeding excuse was long gone, but the weight was not. My friend told me about the Personal Trainer she used and how great he was. I decided to give it a go and see how it went.

Then I met Jason and it was one of the best decision I ever made. I knew I could go back to the gym, but I would never push myself. Jason has pushed me to my limits (and beyond) and has me doing things I never thought I’d do. There has been a lot of swearing at (him), moaning, pushing and even punching, but I am fitter then I have been in years and have found my confidence again. All thanks to Jason’s encouragement, cajolingand pushing. He knows exactly when to push and how to get me to show what I can do.

I decided on the spot to contact him for one-to-one sessions in order to build my confidence before embarking on one of these classes and I have not looked back, I now do both and am loving every minute!
